Enjoy summer, peeps!
My own summer plans:
1) Hike Mt. Washington
2) Winterizing, car maintenance, and other chores
3) Beat the Orange Box (Xbox 360), the Minish Cap (GBA), and Pitfall 2 (Atari 2600)
4) Finish reading Atlas Shrugged, The Golden Compass, The Great Game: The Struggle for Empire in Central Asia, The Writings of Hippocrates, and Cobra 2.
5) Begin building my own arcade cabinet for my game room
6) Bike, swim, rollerblade, board, or other exercise every day
7) Stop making lists
Have the best summer, all. If you need anything, you know where to email me!

Preview of Week Beginning 06/02
White Day (CP), Block 4:
The year is winding down pretty quickly. Every student has received a checklist of materials that will be expected to be in their class portfolios. This is the week to assemble the portfolio. Class time will be given each remaining day to assemble the portfolio. On Tuesday, we will review the rise of Feudalism. Students will have a worksheet for homework. On Wednesday, study guides for the final will be available; students who want a head start can come to room 2 to pick them up. On Thursday, we will review the growth of the European Kingdoms. Every student will receive a study guide for the final, which will occur on Tuesday, 06/17. Over the weekend, students should begin to study for the final. Next week, students can expect an in class review session. An after-school review session will also be announced for next week.
Red Day (Hon), Block 4:
The end of the class is nearly upon us! On Monday, we will review Feudalism and follow this with a guided reading on the growth of European Kingdoms. Students will also begin the assembly of their portfolios; students have already received the checklist of materials that they will be expected to have in their portfolios. We will work on this each day of this week. On Wednesday, we will review the Byzantine Empire, the Crusades, and the Black Death and students will receive a study guide for the final. On Friday, we will review for the test and complete our portfolios. Over the weekend, students should study for the final, which will take place on Thursday, 06/12. There will be an after-school review session on 06/10, from 2:00 to 3:00 in Room 2.
