White Day (CP), Block 4:
This week brings an exam on the Ancient World on Wednesday. Students should have been studying their quiz guides in preparation for this event. The take-home essay is also due on Wednesday, although I will accept it on Thursday morning if individuals need a little more time on account of the exam. There will be a reading on the Middle Ages for homework. On Friday, we will have a presentation on the collapse of the ancient world, followed by a guided reading on the Germanic Kingdoms. Uncompleted guided readings will be homework for the weekend.
Red Day (Hon), Block 4:
On Tuesday, we begin our investigation of the Middle Ages with short direct instruction and an even shorter video. We will have a class discussion concerning the primary source homework. For homework, there will be a guided reading on the Germanic Kingdoms. On Thursday, we will investigate the origins of Feudalism. There will be a second guided reading for homework over the weekend.
